We as MIS Industrial Petrochemical Co., are planning to book vessels for loading of approx. 90,000 MT of urea in Bulk with the Lay-Can of 18^th of July and afterwards.

Tender participants should strictly follow the following procedure:

1- Forms shall be uploaded ONLY in above web site.

2- Forms sent to other email addresses will not be considered in the tender.

3- Forms sent after the due time will not be considered in the tender.

4- Tender participants are not allowed to change their offer after uploading (It means that only the first reply from each participant is acceptable).

5- The MIS Company has complete discretion in rejecting or accepting offers.

6- The tender participation form should be signed and stamped and it means accepting all

conditions of this form.
